See available units and zero-quantity listings in an eBay MIP Active Inventory Report. Compare marketplaces without treating listing prices as sales or stock acquisition costs.
Supported eBay export
Use the MIP Active Inventory Report, identified by SKU, ItemID, Channel, Currency, Price and Quantity. This page analyzes a single inventory snapshot; it does not upload listings or certify that stock is still current.
From CSV to a usable report
- Choose the MIP orders or active-inventory tool that matches your export.
- Open the CSV, paste its contents, or inspect the linked official example.
- Review the Issues tab before using the summary. Open Source rows to compare the original records.
- Download the selected table, or send the summary to Excel, charts or video.
How the numbers are calculated
Quantity is the number available for sale. The summary groups accepted listings by Channel and Currency, adds Quantity exactly, and counts rows with Quantity = 0. SKU must be unique within each marketplace; every occurrence of a repeated Channel + SKU is excluded for review.
Price is a listing price. Its auction meaning can be the starting price or a Buy It Now price. ViewCSV validates its decimal syntax but does not multiply it into an inventory valuation or call it revenue.

Limits and review rules
Processing stays in your browser. Interactive limits are 25 MiB, 100,000 rows, 250 columns and 2 million cells. Decimal amounts accept a period and up to 8 fractional digits; quantities accept up to 24 integer digits. Unsupported numbers are listed for review rather than converted. Malformed CSV or missing required headers blocks the report.
Continue with the result
Use Filter CSV for a narrower source selection. Result buttons transfer the computed summary to CSV to Excel, CSV chart maker or CSV to video. Video uses a single export snapshot; no historical trend is invented.

Questions and answers
No. The official active-inventory example itself includes a row with zero quantity. This tool reports the quantity and does not infer a listing status.
